The Mandy Rai campaign respects your privacy and collects the minimum information needed to serve you.
What we collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily submit: your name, email address, phone number, community, street address (for lawn sign delivery), volunteer interests, and any notes you provide.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to deliver lawn signs, coordinate volunteer activity, share campaign updates, and comply with municipal election reporting requirements. We never sell, rent, or trade supporter information.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored in campaign-controlled spreadsheets accessible only to authorized campaign volunteers who require access to perform their role.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email requests are actioned within two business days.
After the election
Campaign records are retained only as long as required by the Municipal Elections Act, 1996, and are then securely destroyed.
